Thanks, I've got quite a few more taken from the air, but that was my favorite. I think it really captures the impact of the damage.
 IT REALLY SUCKS THAT THAT HAPPENED..
wow i always wanted to go here maybe even relocate but this sort of killed that dream this is a really good shot/point of view -- PeaceLove&Ganja The politics that continue to surround the city are what really suck! They are having one hell of a time getting the promised government funding. The headline may be gone, but the story is ongoing if you look in to it.

I'm a fellow New Orleans native, this picture is so saddening. Yes, I did and I have a small collection of others of New Orleans and the Mississippi coast line. It was all quite disturbing to me and continues to be so as I follow what is happening in the city in its attempts to rebuild.

only in the movies  Neither had I!
-- WDA4Life The Environmental Club   I also went to New Orleans recently(this year) to help restore a few houses. I have to say, I left part of my heart there. I love the place.
